“Check-in was a breeze. Receptionist was pleasant and helpful with restaurant ideas for dinner. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner/heater was easy to use. It’s in a great location to the airport.”

“My parents, daughter and I stayed in two rooms for 5 days in March during a family reunion, and enjoyed our visit. We especially appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff was, the tasty weekday breakfasts, and being able to see the bay from our balcony. We also had a great supper one evening and buffet breakfast on Saturday in the ParkShore Restaurant on site. It was only an 10 minute drive into the downtown Front Street! Wonderful place to stay, and would highly recommend!”

“We love how big the rooms are with amazing views of the bay. The beach area is well-maintained and the free breakfast is appreciated although there could be a better assortment of foods. Great hotel for families, located close to many things to do for kids in the area. The outdoor pool was being serviced while we were there so was no water in it or the hot tub which was disappointing. This is our 2nd time staying here and we would go back, the kids love it there.”

“It was a clean hotel in a nice lake location. The breakfast was bad. They give a small tray, and the food is not good.”

“The steakhouse in the casino was absolutely wonderful. The casino is very small and the entertainment was set up so no one could sit down and enjoy. The bars that didn't have gambling machines only had a couple of chairs. It is very obvious they do not want anyone to sitting except infront of a machine or gambing tables.”
