“Struttura nuova, pulita e ordinata. Personale molto cortese: dalla reception, alla piscina alla colazione tutti sorridenti e cordiali. Camere silenziose e spaziose. Un piccolo rimprovero: La stanza lavanderia con le lavatrici e asciugatrici (secondo piano) era sporca. ”

“No supplies in the kitchen AT ALL, not even a coffee pot or a cup to put coffee in. How can you call this an extended stay and there is nothing in the kitchen? For all travelers, they understand extended stay means there are at least some amenities in the kitchen. THE SHEETS DIDN’T FIT THE BED AND THEY PULLED OFF DURING THE NIGHT AND THE MATTRESS COVER WAS RIPPED. People were in the hallway, making noise until the wee hours of the morning.”
