“After quickly booking about 11pm we arrived at nearly midnight. All doors inside were locked and kept ringing the contact number but not manned. There was clearly a door to the rooms but had not been sent a code to get in. My son went round the back and found an open door so we entered that way. We presumed that the only two rooms with a door open were ours! We left early in the morning and again not a single member of staff was to be seen. This issue raises great concern regarding the security...

They could not have been more helpful and always responded very promptly and helped with recommending a local pub which was really nice. The accommodation was lovely and the garden area was beautiful and the hot tub temperature was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.”
