“If you through Expedia, the hotel treats you horrible. The price is the same if you book through the hotel website maybe a very small difference but you get water park tickets you get kitchen ware and you get treated differently. I booked through Expedia and Didn’t get any water park tickets no kitchen culinary no pots no pans not even forks spoons or cups. When I called downstairs they said I booked through a third party and that is not included, the same thing they said when we arrived...

“This place looks real nice online, but don't be mistaken! When i showed up the jacuzzi suite that i had already paid for, which is the reason i went to this hotel, was not available! The guy offered me a different room, with a jetted tub, instead for the same price! Not to mention the jetted tub was in between the bathroom and the bedroom area. Meaning there's no wall in between the bathroom and bedroom. Just a sliding glass shower door and a shower curtain. The floors look like they...

“Dishes were dirty and there was no dish detergent ”

“The rooms were clean but the hotel was being renovated, so the lobby and elevator was in poor condition. Housekeeping was vacuuming the floor right outside room before late check out. The vacuum is mad loud. I think it’s time for a new one. Overall my stay was ok. The hotel served its purpose for an overnight stay. ”

“Horrible there was no running water. The shower was rotted out. If I can upload a picture on here, I would disgusting they should be shut down. They showed me three different rooms and they all was horrible. I canceled my stay and got a refund.”
