“Average motel room, clean but old and small. Staff very friendly and always available to help but housekeeping is on demand only. We stayed for a week and have to go to front desk to ask for housekeeping to obtain clean towels and sundries every third day when we see nobody coming to make room. Wifi is very patchy and slow in the room, frequently without internet in the evening unless you go to the office or park in proximity to office if you want to connect to internet. “There was no one else at the hotel in the huge parking lot. It was very run down. Too scary to stay as a single woman. I spoke w a police officer parked down from the hotel and he said don't stay there. Apparently, the hotel has been condemned. This needs to be removed from my charge.”

“The bathroom was filthy and the bed linen had stains in it. We ended up not staying and now I’ll claim a refund.”

“We had stayed here more than once and this time was one of the poorest. We had no television after 8:00pm. couldn't find anything to watch. Poor reception in our room.We also disappointed that the room needed a good dusting(especially the bathroom). Our room was musty smelling. On top of that most of breakfast was cold!!!!!!!!I put a bagel in the toaster for 5 minutes and it was barely brown. Might have to consider another hotel. New crew in charge?????”

“The reviews of this place are incredibly polarizing. Some people think it is the worst place they have ever seen. Others think of it as a twee little time capsule, an example of the pocono mountains in their former glory. The truth is a bit in between, though it is, in cat the worst place I have ever stayed. (And I am a sucker for cheap motels) You can see evidence of its former glory. It seems kinda clean, but it is very run down. Whoever runs this place has done a number of shoddy repairs....

“Service was excellent. There was an issue with my reservation before I arrived and Nirav reached out to me and took care of it. Once there he checked in with me and made sure everything went well. Everything ran very smoothly and I enjoyed my stay immensely.”

“I wish i give them about 100 negative starts this place is disgustingly, funky smell once you enter the lobby than the room had a worst smell ended up leaving the place my toddler her self told me it smell funny just stay away feom this place . ”

“Loved staying here: the only issue I had was they did not discuss the amount of the security deposit while checking in and automatically charged my card an extra $200. I feel communication on their end should have been better with that. The room was very nice but once we turned the AC on in the bedroom a bunch of black stuff shot out all over the bed. Def did not enjoy that. Maybe it just needed a good cleaning prior to use.”

“Good place to stay for the money. Needs some upkeep in the room. Floor was no real clean and we had to clean up some spots. Great kitchen! Bathroom had some Minor issue and water flow was very slow. Good for the price.”

“I really appreciated the friendly staff, spacious rooms, the welcoming atmosphere and extra seating at the continental breakfast, and extended pool/hot tub hours. The spacious room with the large living space provided comfort for the family. This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in years! Book this for extreme comfort and value for your money.”

“We did not use the pool or have the breakfast. We just needed a place to wind down and rest while traveling. We found this place to have the most comfortable beds and pillows. The room was very nice with lots of space for the two of us. The shower wasn’t the best and the microwave needs to be updated. As far as safety, comfort and cleanliness though, I was very pleased and would highly recommend this hotel.”
