“Buena ubicación, recámara amplia y limpia”

“La camera era molto comoda, carina e pulita, il personale molto gentile. Le condizioni di alcune parti dell’hotel però non erano esattamente come nelle foto (hall e sala colazione). I mobili (sedie ecc) erano rovinati. La cosa peggiore però dal mio punto di vista, è stata la mancanza di opzioni senza glutine a colazione. Sono celiaca, non mi aspetto di trovare tantissima scelta, ma trovo inaccettabile che nel 2025 un hotel non abbia neanche dei biscotti o delle merendine per eventuali ospiti...

“The hotel is a bit dated and needs some modernisation. As a Hilton Hotel, it should match the expectation of a high quality facility with modern amenities. The staff need to be more responsive when guests have complaints. Although my issues were ultimately resolved, the attention and responsiveness needs to be improved. I was almost exasperated with the slow response.”

“La amabilidad del personal es muy buena. El servicio de los elevadores es muy bueno. Lo malo es el estado del cuarto y sobre todo el baño. Los WC son modelos de 1950 para personas de corta estatura y aunque han remodelado los baños, los WC son arcaicos. El personal de mantenimiento deja mucho que desear. No funcionaba la caja fuerte de mi cuarto cuando llegamos y lo reporté inmediatamente a las 8 PM. Me dijeron que mandarían a alguien y hasta las 10, nadie llegó. Puse el letrero de "no molestar"...

“This stay was a nightmare... I reserved a suite thinking it would be good to get the space, traveling just with my wife, no kids. Driving from Dallas to houston after a world cup game. It took us about 20 minutes for check in, got my frist room, elevator didnt work... needed to use the back elevator. “Planned and entire itinerary for my husband's father's day weekend here. Because of the rain chances, I choose a hotel that would offer an indoor pool and hot tub.
