“The customer service level of the staff was outstanding. They were very pleasant and accommodating. We had two small dogs and the staff made them feel welcome as well by providing treats for them at check. Many shops, bars and cafes are only a short walk. “We had an issue with the temperature in our room upon arrival. Maintenance could not resolve the problem until the next day and there were no rooms available to move. The staff at the front desk was very accommodating and also compensated us in multiple ways throughout our stay. Very pleased!”
