“We were traveling from across the country and our plane was delayed in Denver. The gal who answered the phone(4/3/26) at 10pm as I shared our problem was so kind and understanding she made sure we had our room when we got to Claremore and we had everything we needed for a very late check in. Big thank you her and taking such good care of us.”

“We only stayed one night but our stay was very enjoyable. Hotel is clean & has good amenities. Front desk staff made us aware of ongoing construction and asked if if we'd like to put on a higher floor to avoid the noise. Area around hotel is nice, lots of shopping, dining, options and it's within walking distance of the Hard Rock Hotel/Casino ”

“The room was descent for the cost but the 36 cockroaches we killed was too much for us! We left two days early! Don’t stay in room 115! Haven’t seen any money come back into my account…. ”

“La struttura non e’ come si vede dalle foto. E’ vecchia, le tappezzerie dell’hotel (sedie, tende etc.) sono sporche e vecchie. La biancheria del letto usurata è strappata. Ho trovato anche blatte in camera!! Per non parlare della puzza disgustosa che c’era in entrambe le camere. La colazione inesistente ! Pessimo ! Inoltre in questo momento l’hotel era pure in ristrutturazione e il fatto non era segnalato su expedia e questo e’ grave perché il cliente si trova la sorpresa all’arrivo!”

“Hotel was fine. Went up there for a softball tournament. Got rained out and cancelled. Tried to get the hotel to refund my second night because I literally had to go back home. They refunded many people's but not mine even with the help of Expedia ”
