Tulixx is a Place where time slows down and complete relaxation is possible.
Tulixx combines, two fully equipped apartments; called Sky View & Onyx.
Both apartments have there own bathroom kitchen, and private porch.

In each apt you will fall asleep & wake up to the most breathtaking sounds of the ocean.

Enjoy our Exclusive Romantic Outdoor shower.
Then rest on our Luxury Restoration hardware bed with tempurpedic mattress and pillows.

Tulixx contains, full equip Kitchen, Air conditioning, fans, Wi-Fi, Tv, Netflix, Books, Gym, Bicycle for rent, etc.

Upon arrival you will be required to sign a check in release form.

Bel endroit mais loin de tout!

Attention voyageur! Prévoir un 2eme vol de Grand Cayman vers Cayman Brac..Autre attention, tout est fermé les dimanches..Bel emplacement, près de l'eau ( mais aucunement baignable). Je vous recommande la location d'une auto sinon vous serez pris dans le secteur. Les vélos et certains équipements tel que masques de plongé, bouteilles d eau, robe chambres ect.. annoncé dans leur site ne sont aucunement disponible. Point positif le proprio Martin est ultra sympathique et l'endroit est vraiment tranquille et sécuritaire ! L'île est un endroit adorable, tranquille avec des locaux vraiment sympathique! Bcq d activitées et sites touristiques gratuit!Prévoyez vous un bon budget pour votre epicerie en Us c est vraiment dispendieux..Une auto

Fun time with ease in finding it

Ok stay for one night

The apartment was in a great location, with a partial view of the ocean. The bed was comfortable, however, the black satin sheets were terrible, and we didn't like the feel of them. The decor is very outdated. There are no amenities supplied at all - no coffee or tea, just one small bottle of water between us. The sink is in the bedroom and the soap dispenser didn't work. The body moisturiser was like water and obviously very old. There was no soap, shampoo or conditioner, which we would expect from a rental of this price. The listing says there is a washing machine and dryer, however, it took a long time to find it, and found it was stuffed full of sheets, with no where to put them, so we couldn't use that facility. The washer/dryer is a small combined unit. The wifi wasn't working during our stay either. The lighting is very poor, with only one main light working, as a small light over the sink. The TV is in a bad position to watch anything. The area under the house is very untidy and messy. There is a 'gym' there, but it is random equipment of various age, that wasn't very clean. The bath in the photo is in a strange area, not private or relaxing at all. The photos slightly misrepresent the apartment.

The unit was very modern, clean and comfy. Martin was very nice, helpful and accomdating. We will definately stay there whenever we visit again.

A Quiet Stay

The place is done up nicely with a Black & White theme. Storage is limited and while there is a view of the ocean, I would not consider it waterfront as it is located across the street from the ocean. Nice outdoor workout area and porch for drinking morning coffee and just chilling out. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. This is a perfect place for a romantic getaway, an extended weekend or other short stay. Communication was excellent. Area was in a quiet neighborhood and beach across the street was ironshore so water shoes are a must.
