✔For VRBO or direct bookings, please note that even if a cancellation qualifies under the cancellation policy, the 10% payment processing fee is non-refundable. This is due to the fact that we use external payment processors like Stripe, which do not refund processing fees.

For additional supplies, guests are encouraged to either purchase from nearby stores or bring extra items with them to ensure a comfortable stay. We recommend stocking up on any items you may need during your stay, as we do not provide regular restocking of these supplies.
-We kindly ask guests to stay within the property boundaries and avoid wandering onto neighboring properties. To help you identify the limits of our property, there should be rope markings in place. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
-Your booking includes 6 amenity passes, which provide access to the pool. Any additional guests beyond the 6 will need to purchase a pool pass at the community center. Pool is open until September 9 and reopens Memorial Day)
- Fitness center is accessible to guests, as long as they have their wristbands with them. There will be a fee of $10 per day for the gym access.
-This property is located within a community that requires the registration of guests and vehicles for entry and access to amenities. While we will never ask for your ID, please note that upon arrival at the community gates or welcome center, staff/security may request to see IDs for validation purposes.
-Kindly note that the community may require a pet vaccination record as part of the registration process.
-Please be aware that as the booking party, you are responsible for reimbursing any fines or fees incurred during your stay. In the event that a fine is issued, we will handle the payment and request reimbursement from you after your stay is completed.
