“This is a lovely place to stay. Stuart greeted us on arrival and the Loft was warm and cosy with everything we needed including a basket of treats and eggs for breakfast. There are lovely views of the grounds and countryside. Nice walks from the property and Rye is close by car. Would thoroughly recommend. ”

“We stayed at the property for a family event taking place in Greenwich, the location was convenient for us and it was reasonably priced compared with most other options. It was super clean, we found fresh linen and towels.The only confusion with check in was the key box. It is not on the front of the building but to the side. However communication with the host was quick so easily resolved. We thank you for the stay! ”

“I chose this property because of transport convenience and price. Underground & train station are 2 minutes walk away, supermarket is right next door. Abbey Wood is a depressed and depressing location (apart from the beautiful woodland & ruined abbey nearby) - but this is not the property's fault. Apartment needed more kitchen items - knives, teaspoons, crockery. Carpet in main bedroom is quite damaged & there were minor maintenance & cleanliness issues. There is no on-site carparking at...

“We had to make more than 3 calls and spent 1h on the phone just to get someone to speak to us and only later to give us the key to apartment. We than waited another 10min for the landlord to turn up. Beds in apartment were below standard and with horrible, bad quality mattresses. The daily rate charged was quite expensive given the poor quality of beds and matresses. That is not quality, but unacceptable state of affairs.
