Newly Renovated Gem in Vibrant Dundas West

Our newly renovated space has everything you need to comfortably explore the Dundas West area (and beyond) of Toronto. College Street (cafes, bakeries restaurants) is one block north, and Dundas West (more coffee spots, bars, dance clubs, and restaurants) is one block south.

Whether you are staying for just a weekend or a longer stint, you will have everything you need to make yourself feel at home. We look forward to hosting you!

The space
This one-bedroom apartment is in the basement of our home, but we promise it's not your typical Toronto basement. We took extra care in the renovation to make it feel stylish, bright, and comfortable even though it's a small space. If you have an appreciation for good design, we think you will really enjoy staying here. Important note: We live in the upper floors of the home, so you will definitely hear our toddler zooming around on his bike!

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole interior space, and the backyard is shared. The backyard isn't set up for use yet, but there are many great parks nearby to enjoy the outdoors.

Other things to note
In order to access the space, you will need to walk down the alleyway between our house and our neighbour's house—and it's very narrow! It's a little less than 2 ft wide, so please keep that in mind when bringing large items (most suitcases should fit just fine). If there is an insurmountable challenge, please contact us and we can arrange to have you access the space through the main entry.
