“Had a great stay at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dover! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. Excellent value for the price — I would definitely stay here again.”

“It was cost effective but..... cleanliness was a major concern. Chairs in room were stained, comforter was soiled, questioned if fresh sheets were used, pillows need replacement, bathroom needed upkeep. For a non smoking room, air freshener would help. Hallways were too dark in daylight.”

“Overall, staff and hotel were good. Shower stall floor seemed a bit grimy and the toilet paper holder was broken off. One of the glasses in the kitchen had a lipstick print on it. Other then that we appreciated the location and the 2 bedroom suite. Check in/out was easy.”

“I did not end up staying at this property. I made the reservation and, within about 10 minutes, requested a cancellation after seeing the location in person, but my request was denied. Upon arrival, I did not feel safe. The parking area appeared unsecured, and the overall environment raised concerns. There were multiple individuals outside engaged in activities that made the setting uncomfortable. I briefly entered the room and noticed an unpleasant odor, which further reinforced my decision not...

“What amenities? Bottle of water. As a Marriott Bonvoy elite level person you get nothing if you go through a third party. I get the “no points” but it doesn’t even show up in your account.”

“Stains on carpet, cobwebs, old lumpy mattresses and pillows, food horrid (like rubber) chipped paint, cracked tile. TV stations were news, Latino dateline….HORRIBLE”

“COCCOCKROACHES COCKROACHES! My wife and I killed multiple (more than ten)German Cockroaches during our 4 night stay. I only became familiar with the German cockroach when I Googled the picture of the bug we had just killed and was horrified to learn that it was a cockroach.. We were forced to leave all of our clothes in our luggage tightly zipped up 24/7 for fear that the insects would enter our bags. Unacceptable!. Upon checking out the person at the desk did not seem concerned when we told her...

Got assigned last room hallway 1st floor. there is staircase there and hear door slam all night long. plus car lot noise. there were several broken things in room including no bedside table in one side…just missing from wall, and curtain pulls broken on both windows. Toilet sounded louder then jet engine on flush. Breakfast was just fair. no fruit. no apple, banana, nada. only good thing was price really. ”

“New, clean and helpful staff. Walls and floors are thin. We had to move rooms because kids were running around above us and we could hear them talking. Once we moved to the top floor (at 8:30 pm), we were fine.”
