This stunning, first floor beachfront condo sits directly on sparkling East Grand Traverse Bay! Your private patio is only a few steps from the sandy beach, and you'll love the bay view from the open concept floor plan. One bedroom, one bathroom, 850 square feet, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Convenience, style, relax, enjoy!

The Space:
The bedroom has a King size bed with a comfy pillow-top mattress as well as two separate closets.

The bathroom has a large "Garden tub" and separate shower, and also features a huge mirrored wall.
The bathtub is not jetted. Please note the tub is a 2 person tub, and will not fill for single person use since the hot water heater is too small to fill it completely.

The living room has a three pillow couch (that doubles as a pull out sofa), recliner, all new flooring, and breathtaking views of the bay.
The living room also has a new lounge chair and two barstools. The dinning area has a round table and four chairs.

There are 2 TVs with streaming services, free WIFI, multiple USB charging outlets in living room and bedroom.

When you are ready to head outside, grab the beach towels provided and enjoy the 300-foot private sandy beach with lounge chairs, or the newly-finished heated swimming pool and hot tub (available Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend)

Boat and jet ski rentals available nearby or can be delivered.
Rent bicycles across the street and ride the paved TART trail into downtown, which is also just a short drive down the road by car. You'll find all kinds of dining options, shopping and entertainment, and more beaches. Nearby are wineries, breweries, distilleries. Hiking trails galore, beachcombing and stargazing are all a part of the Upnorth experience, and all are close at hand.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.

A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.

High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional charge.

There is one parking space allowed per condo.

There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.

If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
