“Staff very friendly and helpful”

“Great time!”

“Do not stay multiple nights, they do not do any housekeeping even after asking. Ran out of towels first night and always had to ask the front desk every day. Told us to dump the dirty towels in the hall. Full trash cans, had to ask the front desk for new bags and take care of our full trash bags. Shower had mold and there is no bath fan. Probably wouldn’t be a big deal if you only stayed one night. Breakfast was decent but they ran out of a lot of stuff early.”

“Floors were dirty in every corner. a/c made an awful noise all night the first night. Management did have it replaced the 2nd night and it only took about 15 minutes. Breakfast room is very small. Downstairs ice machine didn't work but upstairs worked fine. I think that may have been because someone filled up an entire bag of ice but I'm not certain on that. Light above our bathroom sink would only stay on certain amount of time and when it shut off there's was no getting it back on until it was...

“You said there was a pool, the only reason I booked to find there are no pool. No breakfast AT ALL. Unless you get buffet at 18.00 per person. And 5.00 to park”

“There wasn't a pool like it showed in the photos and didn't get the room I reserved. It was quite and close to the freeway and stores.And never saw Staff just a kiosk that you spoke to..Housekeeping were available.”

“Great stay”

“Baggage carts should be near the front so when people check in they're there. In the rooms make sure that ALL the outlets work and some are extremely loose. The bathroom was ok but not 100% clean and shower curtain wouldn't stay shut. Also whenever you say spa you should specify.”

“The room smelled so bad like cigarettes which i didn't request a smoking room.. There was someone's toe nails on the floor and the bedding had hair in the bed.. The air conditioner smelled horrible when i turned it on..Just nasty all the way around. They said that was the only room left the lady at the desk so very rude and had a really bad attitude. We just left we lost our money and the room because i refuse to sleep in a hotel room that is dirty like that.”
