“We came to Pigeon Forge for our 30th wedding anniversary and stayed here because it was close to the dinner shows. Everything was great! Guy at the front desk was super nice and it was so relaxing to sit down by the water. My husband stayed here when he was younger. We will definitely stay here again in the future. ”

“This property was recently renovated and the rooms are in excellent condition. Also it's worth mentioning that their free breakfast is very good. The property is pet friendly with plenty of space for walks. I'd definitely stay there again.”

“The hotel is well situated right off I40. The breakfast is ok. Needs to have more of a variety and freshness. Like fresh eggs and fruit! Too many carbs for my taste. The elevator broke on the last day. Felt bad for housekeeping and the handicapped. Had an incident with front desk clerk that told us to keep our two year old grandson quiet because she could not concentrate. He was excited to see us but was not misbehaving. He’s only a baby!!!! She had the nerve to say that to us, but yet...

“Awesome place. Only issue is being a gym rat there were teenage kids in the gym using the equipment in an unsafe manner. The sign says no children under 16 without supervision. Furthermore, a gentleman had his 5-6 year old son in there, wearing his pajamas and flip flops, lifting weights while the father walked on the treadmill and not supervising his child.”

“Room could have been cleaner. Heavy rains had washed a lot of mud into the parking lot. Breakfast was lacking. Muffins, granola bars, and Tampico for orange juice.”

“First off the chalet was very nice and clean. It felt very cozy and private. The rooms were good sized and the jacuzzi was heavenly. The kitchen did have pots and and some appliances and silverware but no strainer or oven pans. It is dog friendly , which is important to us but not much green space to walk them at all. The reason i posted just okay is in your listings you say washer and dryers and fitness room . Also on some websites, it shows it is suppose to have an indoor pool and it does...
