“Reservation made through Expedia months ago. I arrived and they said we are pretty full and your room is way around back. Non upgraded room. Shower diverted valve didn’t work properly. 10 minutes and a pair of players needed for my shower. Coffey pot didn’t work and there was no adequate lighted parking available. “The uncontrolled children, running up and down the hall and stomping well past 10pm and then again at 7am was terrible! The parents were all down stairs in the lobby, so kids were unsupervised! Also, in the pool as well. Also, the curtains in the room don't block out the day light in the morning. Breakfast was nice”
