Located right off of Donner Pass Rd, you will be able to enjoy scenic views of Donner Lake right from the bedroom, perfect for families or large groups. Our home is a great location for snow sports and water sports alike.

The Details:

Master bedroom: Queen sized mattress with ensuite bathroom, dual vanity, and personal balcony.

Guest bedroom: Queen sized mattress with shared bathroom.

Bunk bedroom: Contains a bunk bed with a full sized mattress on the bottom and twin mattress on top. Shared bathroom with guest bedroom. Enjoy your own tiny balcony as well.

Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensils, and dining table. Dining table seats 4-6 and can be extended.

PLEASE NOTE: The drive up to our house requires ALL WHEEL DRIVE in the winter months NO EXCEPTIONS. In the summer/spring months all wheel drive is optional.

Parking: We have an off street driveway that can accommodate two cars. No street parking available.
Other things to note
Please no shoes in the upper two floors of the house.
Strict no party policy. Only the guests named at the time of booking are allowed on the premises
One non-shedding, potty trained dog is also welcome at this home, with additional pet fee. Pets cannot be left unattended on the property under any circumstances
No smoking / no vaping policy - at no time in or on the premises.
Quiet hours: 9 PM to 7 AM
As most house in Truckee there is no AC in the house. There is a fan in each bedroom you can use, the best way is open window or sliding door to get nature fresh air in
