“Our stay at the Cridford Inn was absolutely fantastic. From the room, the staff, the restaurant (we tried the medieval recipes and they were great), the bar and the fabulous breakfast. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The area offers a vast number of walks on the beautiful Moor. ”
“We had a lovely relaxing stay and had plenty of time to enjoy the nice pool.
The bed was large and very comfortable so slept well. We didn’t eat at the restaurant as it wasn’t overly tempting for a vegetarian.
Would definitely stay there again when in the area. ”
“ottima accoglienza riservataci dall apadrona di casa, stanza piccola ma arredata con buon gusto, bagno in camera minimalista ma non chiedevamo di più per passare una sola notte in due. unica vera grande pecca il riscaldamento, o meglio la sua assenza: stanza freddissima, riscaldabile solo con un calorifero elettrico che, pur essendo rimasto acceso tutta la sera non ha scaldato sufficientemente la piccola stanza. problemi anche a regolare la temperatura della doccia.

“A wonderful hotel across the road from the beach. Check in was very easy, the gentleman was happy and informative. The room had everything we needed including a fan, clean, well kept and beautifully simple. Very quiet at night, with a comfortable bed, breakfast was brilliant with multiple choices, cooked quickly and the chef was great. The garden was great especially in the evenings and the bar was reasonably priced. All the staff we met were happy to chat or recommend a place to go.

“I loved my stay at Torbay Guest house. It is located on a quiet road within a few minutes walk to the beach. The breakfast was amazing and freshly-prepared. James was an amazing host, very friendly and attentive. Near the train station or bus stop. James gave me great recommendations for local places to visit.i walked to Brixham from the guesthouse . The path to there was stunning and alongside the coast. Amazing views and calm. I would definitely look to come and stay here again if I am ever...
