This is a split-bedroom floor plan, with the primary suite on the opposite side of the house from the guest bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen, dining, and living room are very open and accommodating to large groups.

Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of the shed in the backyard.

This neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located to many points of interest. The main biking/walking path running east to west is just two streets north of the house. People use this for jogging, biking, walking dogs, etc. There are several parks within walking distance, including Reid Park, the largest park in central Tucson. You can also enjoy walking to several restaurants and bars.

Free parking on-site and on the street if needed; please just be sure not to block the mailbox.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.
