My room smelled like smoke (cigarettes) so I asked the front desk to please get me a new room. He was very sweet and accommodating, but the second room he showed me, smelled even worse. “When I arrived at 6 PM, the staff was busy, but I got in within a reasonable amount of time and they checked me in. The room is beautiful, and I love the decor. The bed slept really well and having a high-tech shower was great. Everything was so spacious and well laid out. Free drinks were helpful too and I was able to relax for two glorious, blissful nights. Their breakfast was one of the better ones I’ve had and I’ve never had scrambled eggs so good either. “My room was fine - When I booked I must have selected accessible, not sure why I chose that. When I arrived to my room, the bed didn't have a box spring (in order to make it accessible). But nothing else was adjusted accordingly (the headboard wasn't lowered, tv wasn't lowered...) Very uncomfortable to try to watch tv, and the bed was surprisingly not comfortable either. “Room was clean. Lobby and check in was locked down and behind glass. Outside doors were unlocked and did not require a key the 3 times we used them. Our door had a deadbolt but chain lock was missing. Did not feel safe.”

“Our room was extremely clean! Loved that! Staff was very friendly!! Breakfast was very good and varied daily. The one issue was the mattress! When we got into bed it was like falling into a hole! Couldn’t roll over and REALLY hard to get out of bed! After 3 nights of that I was glad we were not staying longer. If we need to stay in the area again I would choose this hotel again but instead of a king bed maybe a room with 2 double beds would be better.”

“I enjoyed my stay at the Blennerhasset Hotel, but think some items need improved. Not an easy unload without Valet help for folks checking in that would be impacted. No valet available, didn't see automatic doors, but I might have missed the button. Internet was very spotty, the guest wasn't working. Was able to link into main hotel web address.
