Luxury Beach Front Home: Breath Taking Views

This one of a kind beach front property boasts panoramic views of the beach as well as a private beach access from the backyard. This property is located directly on the beach next to the Chatham Ave beach access, in one of the most desirable locations on the island. Three stories of viewing decks, a 4 car garage, elevator, and 3 King size beds. There are panoramic views of the ocean from the top level living, dining, and kitchen area providing an experience you do not want to miss.

This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom private home is 3 stories but has an elevator that can provide handicap access from the garage/ground floor. Upon entry, the second story boasts 3 bedrooms (2 King bedrooms and 1 bunk bed room) and 2 bathrooms. There is a living area as well as a deck on the second floor. On the third floor, this is where the main living space is located with astounding views of the beach. An open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen overlook Tybee`s South beach. Off of the dining room is the main viewing deck that includes a spiral stair case to a roof top viewing deck where you can catch the best sunrise and sunsets on the island.
There is an expansive backyard with a private beach access through the dunes to the beach that can be utilized or guests can use the public beach access directly outside the property`s gate.

Guests will be provided with a code for entry 24hours prior to check in (so 4pm the day prior to check in). There is a gate to enter the private neighborhood. Right now for access just simply push the gate open and then close it behind you after pulling in. It should be replaced soon to have a code but for now it needs to be opened manually until that is fixed by the neighbor.

This property is located on the South end of Tybee Island directly next to the Chatham ave beach access. The property is located in a gated neighborhood to allow for a private and relaxing getaway while also being located walking distance from the island`s best restaurants, ice cream shops, shopping, and bars!

Perfect South Tybee Location

Direct access from the house to the sandbar area on south Tybee where the ocean and freshwater meet. Seagulls, osprey, pelicans, dolphins and all the beach creatures the kids want to see. Very cool rooftop area with panoramic views. Master bedroom and shower is ginormous. Clean, as advertised on description. Only minor issue was no internet/tv - host came by but said was an internet provider issue. Probably a blessing as the teens had to do without internet for 3 days, but WiFi and watching a little college football would have been nice. Otherwise if you want to spend time watching the tides change and birds and beach wildlife, then walk a couple blocks to fun restaurants and bars, this place is perfect.

Great views

This property has great views of the Tybee island beach and the kitchen looking out to large windows and enough beds to fit a family of 7. Kitchen was nicely stocked and an ice machine was a bonus. One thing to note was a moldy coffee grinds left in the coffee maker so we opted not to use that. Upon checking in, we noticed that the downstairs AC wasn’t working but the property manager got it fixed in a few hours. We appreciated that it was easy to communicate with the manager about any issues we had. Overall it’s a great property large enough to host a large family. It being a beachfront, it was nice that it was so close to the beach and surrounding restaurants and to the pier. I would definitely recommend.

Great location for family beach weekend

My husband and I booked this house for a family beach weekend before the school year started. The house was very clean and located right on the beach, which was perfect for toting our 3- and 5-year-old boys to and from the surf. We enjoyed our long weekend away and would recommend this spot to any family looking for a beachfront house on a quieter part of the beach.

Ideal Tybee location with access to everything

Terrific location with quick beach access. Any hitches were quickly addressed and ironed out by the property manager, Cameron. He was a cheerful and helpful presence.
