“This Hotel was referred to me and I am very content with the service from all members of Staff. Thank you. I thoroughly enjoyed the variety of breakfast options! I really liked the seating arrangements in the breakfast/dining space. Hip deco and a very nice ambience seeping out from the Staff at the Bar to the check in, the Rooms, Gym even to the elevator. “La camera spaziosa e confortevole, personale alla reception gentile. Di fronte all'attrazione Wookey Hole Caves. Il parcheggio dell'auto, in comune con quello dell'attrazione, è gratis per chi alloggia nella struttura. ”

“We were met by very friendly staff . The room was just right for what we needed. Tea/ coffee facilities which are important to me . It is dog friendly. I would definitely recommend it. I wish they had a dog bed on request but that is all really . Breakfast was lovely a very good choice .. ”

“Staff was attentive, friendly, and efficient. Hotel and room was excellent. Nice restaurant. Roman baths, Abbey and historical district only a few minutes walk away. Lots of top rated restaurants to eat at. Would stay again for longer.”

“What a great find. Lovely rooms with great amenities like a hairdryer and straightener. Great tv that I could link to my ow apps and room was spotless. Very convenient hot and cold taps in the corridor and the free coffee downstairs was a lovely touch. Will bring the kids next time! ”

“ access to top floor was not suitable for oap, too many stairs with no help from staff with luggage. Dining area/ bar closes very early and with erratic times. Room was very good, clean and well aired. Shower was a bit weak but hot. Food was acceptable”

"Very nice stay. Hotel is in good position for both city Centre and temple meads station. The room was very spacious and comfortable. They clean it every third day for ecosustainability, it was not a problem though, because it was quite tidy to begin with. Staff was really helpful, I was offered a small upgrade at my arrival"
