“Nothing was as shown or described. There was no TV to watch . There was a small flat screen TV that sat on a small coffee table, unplugged, with no where to plug it in. There was only one outlet in the entire room, which had an old tiny mini refrigerator plugged in and so that I could plug in my phone charger. The room was not even the room advertised. It was a tiny room, not swept or vacuumed, no top sheet on the bed, broken window taped up, along with the broken blinds. There was absolutely no...

“The unit we were at, electronic door was not easy to open, always frustrated to open and also the whole week we lived without any potential service for our towels or trush, so we had to do clean and maintain by ourselves. It is a self-service hotel and especially I tried to contact the hotel team after I checked in, nobody reply-- only before check-in and before Check out, they will contact customers.”
