“The first day they forgot to come clean our room and I had to go get towels at 11 o’clock at night for the next day. The experience was fine. The staff was helpful and they have a fun karaoke bar and a rooftop bar restaurant that was fun as well.”

“Easily accessible. Good location to Vanderbilt University. Quiet. Valet parking only ($$$) but all electronic as far as payment, tipping, and requesting your car (I was in my room ready to walk out when I requested my car digitally and only waited outside about 30 seconds for it). If I were to see another concert at First Bank Stadium, I’d stay here again for sure (stadium is less than one mile away and is an easy/safe walk). ”

“The staff was great. The accessibility of parking was terrific downtown and then you just walk into the hotel and up the elevator, that was top notch. However, the Bed, seemingly, was from the 1900s, which was disappointing and two of the three shower towels, we had, were absolutely dirty, other than that not bad lol.”
