“Extraordinary service and cleanliness ”

“I booked the king suite for a girls weekend for me and my daughter. The room was better than we expected. Felt like our own little apartment. It's an old walk-up building that looks to have been converted into a hotel and we loved the vintage feel. Very clean and organized. Had everything we needed. My only complaint would be the amount of noise we heard outside during the night that seemed to wake us up a few times, but the bed was so comfortable we had no problems falling straight back to...

“Really nice hotel with clean comfortable rooms. The in house restaurant was amazing and also delivered food straight to the rooms. I looked up best places to eat in town and the restaurant showed up as one of the top.”

“The Rose room was well appointed and looked recently renovated. Kimmie was an excellent host (and her partner) and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and she was kind enough to have it ready a bit earlier than for the other guests. The electric fireplace was a nice touch on a cold night!”

“Room was great. Breakfast is good. Kids love the pool. The staff are really nice. David M has checked us in a couple times now and he is always super polite and courteous. He was training a young lady and I'm sure she will be just as great learning from him. ”

“Our first time in Kitchener and we were ,looking for a place to stay for a couple of night close to the hospital. Judging from te reviews, we decided to book. Great choice! The place was very clean, staff super nice and accommodating (we had to extend our stay due to unexpected circumstances and a snow storm) Hot breakfast and coffee and all at a great price. Highly recommend!”
