“I hate to say this but I don’t think it’s a secret….. this is easily THE BEST hotel in State College hands down. Boutique style as I call it, but amazing, helpful and friendly staff. Clean facility with the convenience of multiple restaurant and bars attached or on property. I don’t hear a single thing in the guest room AND I’ve been right over college Ave. This is my third visit here in my daughter’s first year at PSU. I will be back for sure.”

“I will start with what we didn’t like, but it did not matter. The outside is not attractive. The kitchen and family area are quite small, which made it a little tight when we were all together at the house. The house is extremely clean and furniture was in good condition. There was ample hot water for a nice shower. Everyone was comfortable with the beds. There was a good parking area. The location is great for Penn State activities, shopping, and restaurants. Overall it is a good place to stay...
