“I utilized the fireplace and the roar of the fire along with the rolling river made for a peaceful night. I actually got two rooms! It was great! I will return next time I go to Colorado. ”

“Parking right outside with electric charging port for our car! Room was immaculate, fully furnished with everything we needed. Had some beverages delivered andbin the refrigerator when we arrived. Hot tub was perfect. Clean in good shape. Have you ever hot tubbed in the snow? Niw we have. We will definitely come back when in the area.”

“Clean and comfortable at a good price. Would be nice if the hut tub was accessible late night because that’s when a lot of people wind down. Other than that place is perfect. ”

“My family and I absolutely LOVE this place. The cabin we rented provided everything we needed for a getaway. Everything was nice and clean. The kitchen had everything you could need to make a 5-course meal, with the room. The hot tub was a great addition and was nice and warm. There was plenty of room for 5 of us to spread out, it was great! The grounds were so nice and kept well, absolutely beautiful property! We will definitely be coming back! ”

“The place was quiet, and peaceful. Just a couple of miles outside of town, towards the Northeast entrance of RMNP. We arrived at approximately 5:30, and although the office was closed, our key and stay-paperwork was waiting for us. Expectations may be different in the Summer season, but we loved the convenience and quiet of this place! We saw wild turkeys in the driveway, right next to our car, and elk and deer, nearby. ”

“No hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, tissues. No curtain on the window so anyone walking by could see us in the bed sleeping or even into the bathroom. Dog hair covering the comforter and piles of it on the floor. No smoke detector. No lights except for the kitchen, no bedside lighting. ”

“Everything was immaculate and the sound of the river from the patio was delightful. Couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our family getaway. ”

“This place is absolutely wonderful, from the convenient location to the beautiful property we love every second staying here and the check in and out electronically was the cherry on top”

“The breakfast was good and the lady running the room was extremely friendly and efficient. The problem, however, was the breakfast room was on the floor above the pool which required climbing a long flight of stairs to get there. This might be okay for younger folks, but for senior citizens, those with mobility issues, that is a problem. My wife has difficulty walking and just barely made it to the top of the stairs. Anyone who needs a wheel chair would not have been able to have breakfast at...

“Parking great! Breakfast is okay. Yogurt cereal boiled eggs and bagels. Nothing fresh but okay. The rooms had bugs but i guess it might be normal since they are “cabins” looking rooms”

“Condo was spacious and clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Setting was lovely overlooking the river. Close to town. We had wished our stay was longer. ”
