“The reviews about the maintenance of the property are totally accurate. Take them seriously. Refrigerator was hanging out of the cabinet and didn't work after bought food we needed to keep fresh for early fishing trip the next morning. The phone didn't work to call reception to get help so had to walk down 3 times to try to get it dealt with. Both TVs were lacking cable connections so we couldn't watch anything. I did not research well enough to know the pool bar didn't have a full liquor...

“WE arrived at 3:30pm. The room was not ready and was told to come back at 4pm or the desk would call if available earlier. The staff left right after we checked in. No beach towels and no one one to talk to. Had we known the property was some sort of time share we would not have booked this location. Disappointed.”

“Hotel is nice but there is a lot of seaweed!!! so the beach is unusable... We were given a room in Building 7, so far from everything—and had to walk way too much! Some staff are nice and another one rude. There is a lot of thing to do there but sincerely it's not worth the money, no coming back!”
