It’s pet-friendly, has an excellent breakfast buffet, and features a 24/7 coffee station in the lobby that I loved. Parking was a breeze. Best of all, the staff was incredibly accommodating; they didn't hesitate to move me to a quieter room when a nearby baby started crying. A wonderful, pleasant stay—I'll definitely be visiting more Hampton Inns!”

We had some issues with the room: the bathroom door didn’t close completely and the microwave locked itself down and it took much effort to get my drink out. “From outside, the building looks nice…. The person at the front desk, not friendly at all…. As we walk into the hotel lobby, the floors looked a little bit dirty.”

“Upon rival the hotel clerk at the desk checking me in was not very helpful then they had a convention going on so that made the hotel very busy. My TV didn’t work when I first got to my room my sheet had a stain on them so I tried to call downstairs to the front desk. No one answered, so I had to walk down to the front desk when I got there I spoke with the same lady who seem like it wasn’t an issue and that she would just send someone up there to check. “Good breakfast but need bigger area with more tables and chair”

“My husband and I absolutely loved our long weekend stay at Rancho Caymus. The vibe of the property is relaxing, comfortable and elevated. Our favorites were the pool/hot tub area, the many outdoor fireplaces to cozy up next to at night, the fantastic breakfast, the comfy beds and the inviting staff. You also cannot beat the location central to all Napa valley has to offer. Highly, highly recommend!”
