“It's been a while since we stayed there and always stayed on top floor before. My husband has a bad back and can't do the stairs so I requested a downstairs room. From the time the people upstairs came and through most of the night, it sounded like they were stomping back and forth in their room. Was really disturbing in the middle of the night. “We spent 8 nights at hotels in CA and this was by far the best. The room was large and actually had counter space! They even provided real glasses (not recyclable cardboard stuff) and a wine opener! We will definitely stay at the “El Bo” again when in town 💪”

“First of all, we were somewhat greeted by a man on a screen that is remote broadcasting from India. No other perskn was physically in tge room. Our room had a fridge that wasn't working, the coffee machine had a used coffee pod in the water dispenser, the shower grout looked to have mold issues, and the comforter had a stain. “We had a good experience overall and would consider staying here again, but there were a few things we wish we’d known ahead of time. The biggest surprise was the $22/night parking fee, which wasn’t obvious when we booked. We also upgraded to a balcony room, assuming it would be private.
