“Our stay was only one night to attend a concert. We have never paid this much for a room. We believed we booked a room in the building where the concert was. However, we were not placed in that building. We were given a room at the very end of another building overlooking a construction staging area. The elevator did not work so we had to carry bags up the stairs. The food at the bar/pub area was pretty bad. The sauces were very watered down. The calamari was overcooked like rubber. “Everything was fine here. Everyone was polite. Service was slow but fine. Breakfast is tasteless but adequate. Gym is a joke. It literally is a tiny space with nothing but three machines. Not worth the money. For the amount they are charging, I expected the gold standard. This felt more like your average hotel with average amenities. Nothing to brag, but a lot to be desired”
