“Don, the guy who checked me in was very helpful. Room clean and quiet, a bit cold due to the severe weather conditions outside, but still okay. Very good breakfast. Convenient to reach and with a good steakhouse nearby. Will stay again.”

“I’ve stayed here multiple times, but this visit was very disappointing. There were two employees at the front desk—one was polite and helpful, but the younger staff member was rude and unprofessional. She hung up on me while I was asking a question, and when I went downstairs, her attitude didn’t improve. Customer service like this is unacceptable.”

“I called the front desk to help me with putting on Netflix so I could log in. She said someone would get back to me and no one did. The hotel is dirty and no amenities. On-line it said restaurant but no restaurant.”

“Front desk staff was great! Breakfast was good and varied. Was able to park near my room in handicapped parking. However, no one cleaned the room or brought clean towels. Front desk was very accomodating. Bathroom sink in room 113 needs attention. Drainage is almost closed. Shower was fantastic! ”

“Of the three hotels I have stayed at in North Andover, this one is the cleanest and most convenient for me. Wish the prices would always be what I paid for this last 2 day stay, it would save me from having to go to the other hotels when I come up once per month for two days at a time.”

“There were not towels in the room when I arrived. I had to go to the lobby to get some. There was also no hangers to hug my clothes 😞. A little disappointed about that but everything else was good. I will definitely stay there again. It's my 4th time staying at this hotel ”

“We really enjoyed the breakfast. There was a large variety, and the food was tasty. The room was clean and comfortable. The annoying part was that there is a sign stating that towels and, etc will only be taken every 3 days to save water. We grabbed extra towels and pillows because there weren’t enough for the 4 people we had staying in the room. While we were gone, they came in and took the towels we had nicely hanging in the bathroom and the one clean extra we had been given that we were...
