“Ideal location for us, near beaches, and a friends year-round residence. Finding the property was very difficult. Proprietor should provide a map to guests a few days before arrival, or should post a map on the website. A photograph of the exterior would have helped us identify the property when we first arrived.”

“A friend I stayed at The Rising Sun, Isleta Marina one night. Our host, Jazmin, was easy to communiate with. The interior of the condo was clean, cute and well- maintained. There were ample supplies as described on the VRBO site. We were delayed in arriving so, unfortunately we didnt have much time there. S.ome areas on the property (pool area, some hallways) needed work. We knew there was a restaurant on the island and were planning on that for dinner. We didnt bring goceries for one...

“Perfect spot for a nice stay! The restaurant below was quiet with friendly staff. The PR restaurant behind the apartment was quiet with amazing PR food made to order they were friendly as well. The apartment it self was awesome perfect size for myself and my guest with a roof top patio for a nice breezy evening meal or bright sunny side breakfast. “Stayed here for a couple nights and had a blast. Apartment has stunning views and everything you would need. Since the listing was slightly unclear, there are two bedrooms indoors that each have their own bathroom. One of the indoor bedrooms has two queen (either queen or double ) beds and the other has a queen. Then there is a bed outdoors that can easily fit two people if you wanted to sleep outside on the patio. Thank you for a great stay!”

“The view is why you will book this property and it's what you will remember! Other bonuses include a really well-stocked kitchen, plenty of outlets for charging, great water pressure and a property manager that is 100% responsive and a joy to work with. The mattress was harder than I preferred, but the hammock was a very comfortable alternative. When walking our dog late at night some of the neighborhood houses or stray dogs made us a little nervous, but we didn't have any issues. Be prepared...

“The metal windows had to be kept closed, blocking all natural sunlight, which is important for some people to wake up naturally. The bathroom cabinet didn't have a mirror, since the door had been removed. It took a long time for hot water to be available. Entering the property was confusing, since the instructions for using the Toledo keylock are not clear. The place is definitely overprized! ”
