“This was our 1st experience in PR. This house was AMAZINGLY beautiful and really show cased the outdoor space!! It was VERY clean, high quality linens. Had a nice cook space. “Walking into the condo I was greeted with a fresh clean smell. The condo was clean and had a beautiful view from both the living room and master bedroom. We spent two days sitting on the balcony enjoying the ocean breeze and view. There were a few issues, but the owner was quick to respond. The washer machine was still leaking and is very old. “We stayed in 2/2026. The negatives that need some major attention: Inside the place: BLACK MOLD, & uncorrected water damage to the ceiling, & baseboards in multiple rooms. Paint is worn.
