Hotel a Viola

“The room was very dusty, stains on the curtains and grime on the walls and caked on nastiness on the light switches. There was not a comforter on the bed, just thin worn out blanket between 2 sheets. When i asked for a comforter or thicker blanket the lady at the front desk said the 2 sheets and blanket equals the thickness of a comforter. She refused to give me another blanket. ”

“typical, slightly run down Days Inn. it was comfortable and adequate for a roadside stay.”

“The positives: The bed, the clean crisp linens, the breakfast, and the water pressure was great. The bad: The TV cable didn’t work so nothing could be watched, there were two phones in our room and both were dead, and no hair dryer. Housekeeping did get me a hairdryer quickly.”

“Rooms was not clean and they did not clean them once while we was there. There was 2 bath towels in room upon arrival. I told staff 4 of us so we need 2 more towels they wouldnt give them to us”

“Breakfast MNonday 3-23-26 was terrible. Egg omelette an:potatoes;sliced sausage was no good. Muffin was good. 3 morningsd ina row the No caffeine coffe was either too strong or cold!. In Bight mgr , instead I will fix it, only had a excuse for the reason it was.?”

“Over all the hotel was not bad. It is dated and the cable box in our room was glitchy, we would have to unplug it to reset it. The pull out mattress in the couch was not great, it was stained and just not something I wanted my son to sleep on. The water pressure was bad in the shower and everytime we flushed the toilet it sounded like a motor was going off for a few minutes. The hot tub was nice, not too hot but not cold. The lady who checked us in was super nice! Over all for a short stay it...

“The hotel is beautiful! It was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the parking garage was next door with easy parking. Next to the lobby is a large living space with chairs, tables, couches, fire place, fountain, and bar. If your room is on the interior section where you can view the lobby's living space, you can hear the bar patrons chatting and the Friday/ Saturday Jazz music playing. The music stopped and bar closed early, returning to a quiet hotel. I thought it all stopped rather early...
