“We booked the room for 2 nights, the staff there was not very professional, they didn't even represent the brand, Quality Inn. After our first night there in the much dated room, we had to walk outside to the main lobby to have breakfast. When we got to the doors to go out, there was a man there with his dog urinating there by the door. I took a photo of the man and the dog and told the front desk, they didn't seem shocked by this and said, "yeah, we know who this is, we will have to...

“The room was 40 degrees when we checked in. Toilet was not tight to floor. No hot water in sink. No hot water in shower. ”

“The lakeview room was nicer, but windows were too dirty to take photographs. The bed and pillows were comfortable and room was clean. The bath was a little dated. The restaurant was expensive and food not that good. Had a BBQ burger that had a horrible texture and was served cold. Recommend going off site for dinner. The breakfast buffet was better. There is a resort fee, but at this time of year, the pool area is cooler and the hot tub was crowded, not worth the $21 per night.”
