“Left a day early because of the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. I hate to complain (because we are a family who tent camps & not much bothers us) but you could feel that smell leave with you. There were some stains & areas of dirt in the bathroom.... definitely time to wash the duvet, based on the stains on the edge (we brought our own blankets). Pillows were yellow... but that smell!!!”

“Huge holes in the ceiling, buckets full of water sitting everywhere. No pool or hot tub as advertised. Road to the facility has huge potholes. Very outdated rooms and furniture. Only 1 elevator and 1 luggage cart. Had to carry everything up three flights of stairs or walk what seemed like a mile. At one time, it was probably a nice place, really needs upgrades. Wouldn’t recommend it in its current condition.”
