Both bedrooms have air conditioning — Bedroom 1 features a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, wardrobes, and blackout curtains; Bedroom 2 includes two single beds, a ceiling fan, a wardrobe, and a balcony with a partial sea view.

The kitchen is equipped for daily living: gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, blender, multi-purpose pressure cooker, sandwich maker, and a full set of utensils. A cold and room-temperature water filter is included.

The in-apartment laundry — washing machine and drying racks — meets the practical needs of a longer stay without relying on external services.

Dedicated Wi-Fi suitable for remote work and calls. Covered parking space included.

• A basic linen set is included: bath towels, bed linens, hand towels, body soap, and toilet paper. Items are provided as a starter supply; refills are not included.

• The base rate includes up to 2 guests. From the 3rd guest onward, an additional per-person, per-night fee applies, as indicated on the platform at the time of booking.

Arrival and Support

Check-in is conducted in person by a NOMADS host — including a complete walkthrough of the unit, condominium registration, and orientation about the apartment. From arrival onward, the apartment is entirely yours, with independent access and support available by message or in person throughout your stay, with same-day response.

The Itaparica Bus Terminal is less than a 10-minute walk away, offering connections throughout the Greater Vitória area. There is also direct access to Rodovia do Sol for convenient travel by car.
