“Struttura eccellente ma difficoltà di check in con sito e app non funzionanti e difficoltà a contattare la struttura. Pulizia e condizioni appartamento migliorabili. Due luci non funzionanti e pulizie ancora da fare al nostro arrivo. Insomma basterebbe un poco di cura in più…”

“I was exceptionally disappointed having paid $299USD for a room that looked like it was part of a horror film set. From blood splatter on the wall in the bathroom, two of three broken bathroom lights, black mold in the shower, busted blinds, squeaky beds and a horrid smell throughout. When I searched the day of my stay what the rate was, it showed $249CAD (almost half of what I was paying). The staff were of no help to remedy this situation or cancel our stay. “Heaven in Anchorage. We walked in and it was like family welcoming us home. It is a beautiful home, lovely thoughtful details throughout all the guest areas — tea waiting, inviting fireplace, comfortable beds, well lit, beautiful rooms and lovely breakfasts in the great room — and friendly owners who want to make sure you have everything you might need. This is a lovely place to rest and come back to, we can’t wait to visit again. Can’t recommend this highly enough!”

“We loved everything! Pleasant helpful staff, beautiful full breakfast every morning until 9:30 M-F and breakfast until 10:30am Sat and Sun. Nice large laundry FREE for guests FYI Walmart is literally across the small road to buy trail size laundry soap. The front desk does offer laundry soap to buy but Walmart has it for only $1.17 a load when you go to the travel size section in Walmart. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast for few days in a row had the same egg with cheese...

“The property appeared to be a short-term apartment rental. It was bit worn, and cooking smell in the hall. Not what I've experienced at other VRBO or Air B &B. The furnishings were thrift shop-esque. The check-in process did not go well. We were given a combination for the building door that worked, but the combo for the door to the room did not. We contacted the property manager and they had a person there to help us in minutes. Once the room was accessed it appeared that it was occupied...

“The man at the front desk when we checked in may 21, 2026 around 4:30ish pm was the best. He went out of his way to explain parking to me. His explanation should be included in the voyager inn website because it is a complete picture of your options. The website just says public parking - let me tell you the parking availability is dicey. You must pay the meter when you street park. Check the rules or u will be ticketed. The lot across the street that is for parking services has time limits...

“Unfortunately, this place was not what we were expecting. There were some things that prevented the apartment from receiving higher ratings. For example, no screens in the windows plus no AC meant we were hot the entire time. Also, the half bath has no fan, so when nature calls, you share it with the bedroom… especially with the barn doors. Finally, the pictures make it seem like the entire place is yours, but you are no one of four apartments in the home.”

“This is a small property located close to downtown restaurants, shops and the museum. The self-checkin system works easily and since we were a bit early and without a car the reception staff gladly stored our luggage for us. The coffee and snack bar is convenient and has what you need in the AM or late afternoon. We found each of the young women working reception to be very nice and helpful. Our room was small, as expected, but perfect for the two of us for a few days.”
