Hotel vicino a Volente Beach Water Park - Austin

“Probably the best lodging for the money in Austin.”

“semi new. good condition overall but the outside was a little dirty, It was difficult to see and find from the road. A lot of trees and buildings and a maze parking lot to get to the hotel.”

“We were turned off immediately when checking in. The gentleman working the front desk was dirty like he hadn’t bathed in days. Then the woman that was to come in and replace him called and said she was going to be late so he started weirdly ranting about how she didn’t want to get on his bad side because he was her boss. We had 5 people in our family yet only 2 towels. We tried calling the front desk for more but they didn’t answer. I went downstairs to get towels and no one was there but...

“The king suite was roomy but, was for a disabled person. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut and there was visible mold on our ceiling. In spite of paying a little more for an “upgraded” room it was just a place to sleep.”

“Most of the staff was great. But really depends on who is there that day. I had a couple of people being extremely helpful and nice. but one morning we didn’t have water during breakfast and the main desk attendant just said: “there is nothing we can do about it.” But other times I had people walking an extra mile to help with the laundry machine and other things. Outside needs care. But the room was clean and the mattress was new and confortable. Breakfast was good for what it is.”

“The property looked clean but my first room was infested with ants and the second room they gave me had a smell. The air conditioner leaked all night and barely worked.”

“On the plus side, the bed was super comfortable and the shower had great water pressure (strong enough to rinse the shampoo without standing there forever). The hotel was also very convenient to where I needed to be while in town. On the down side, I was given a handicapped-accessible room that I didn't need or want and the staff wouldn't change it, there was a cockroach in the room (mostly in the bathroom) that I couldn't get rid of, and there was a large hole in one of the bath towels that I...

“I reserved three rooms at a very reasonable rate. All the rooms were spacious, clean and accommodating. I especially appreciated the walk-in showers as we had two members of our party with a disability. I didn’t partake in the free breakfast, but I was told it was satisfactory Overall,, it’s definitely a worthwhile stay if you need a place in Austin just a little outside some of the busier areas.”

“Nice clean hotel, friendly accommodative staff. The shower head in the room was horrible, some of the outlets didn’t work. Hotel rates due to the location not worth $179 - $200 a night.”
