The gym had a set of free weights, benches, treadmills and even foam rollers, which we did use. Certainly adequate to get a workout in, if desired. There was a slight fragrance to what they clean/launder the linens with, so if you're sensitive/MCAS/CIRS, you may want to request a room that uses scent free items. I was able to take...

In general, she was awesome. She was very friendly and made us feel welcome. There is more of a modern vibe to the hotel. I was worried my teenage nephew would be bored with us, but there was a pool table in the lobby and he played pool for the first time ever with my brother! that was special. ”
