“The room was not only clean, but had a spectacular view and was so comfortable. Staff was so nice and accommodating. One of the best parts about our stay was the included breakfast and the dinner (not included) which was delicious! We thought we’d explore the island more for dinner but ended up eating at El Picnic because it was just that good. Gaby is an amazing hostess and went above and beyond to assist us with whatever we needed as well. Thanks for a great stay that we will always remember!”

“I couldn't have asked for a better view of the lake! This hotel also offers a generous breakfast included, a restaurant where you can eat until 8 PM, Tuktuk service, and organized tours. There's also a small library where you can borrow books. My room had a very comfortable bed and a bathtub with a window overlooking the lake. The only thing missing are curtains to darken the sunlight that enters at dawn and to ensure more privacy. Definitely recommended.”

“The room was full of mosquitoes. Within a few minutes I had three bites. I asked the host what I could do and he gave me a spray. I sprayed the room but got two more bites. I left the guest house and asked for a refund of my reservation, but it was denied.”

“Really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Beautiful view of the lake. Easy walk to the store and bars. You can book a tour of the other villages by boat from the resort, and there is safe parking nearby for a small fee. The continental breakfast included eggs which was nice. The pool area had plenty of lounge chairs and tables and you can order food and drinks. I recommend the hamburguesa Sababa. Overall just an excellent relaxing stay. At might you will...

“Fantastic place! We stayed for two weeks while my daughter was volunteering nearby. Comfortable, clean, excellent food and they went above and beyond to take care of anything we needed. ”

“Great location and vibe. The food is delicious and my room had a great view. Loved the activities and entertainment. The hot water wasn’t working during my stay but I later found out it’s possible the petrol for the heater simply needed replacement and the staff can do that. I’d stay here again in a heart beat. ”
