“Nice spacious room with a refrigerator and microwave. Clean and spacious shower. All the items in the room were in good condition. Front staff were professional and courteous. No problems encountered ”

“Front desk staff was courteous. Overall hotel was decent, but the cleanliness of our room was not good. There was a huge brown stain in the center of the floor, and it was apparent that it was not vacuumed prior to our stay because there were lots of crumbs on the floor along with “pieces of smoking items” which was quite shocking! Gym was nice along complimentary breakfast.”

“Super clean and quiet little no-frills location sitting in the shadows of two major hotels..no staff on site but unless you have some kind of weird emergency, there's no need..within walking distance to some pretty decent restaurants and REI and convenient to the I40/440 interchange..if you want peace and quiet and love a place that quietly flies under the radar, then check out Hive House...”

“We booked a room for our anniversary. We are Raleigh natives and have always wanted to stay here but I think our expectations were too high. We couldn’t book a couples massage b/c we were told they get booked 2 months out. We had ants on our balcony. I was told check in was at 3:00 but we didn’t get to check in till 3:45.
