L'impiegata alla reception è stata molto cortese e gentile nell'offrire tutto il suo supporto ma alla fine ho dovuto effettuare, tramite expedia, una nuova prenotazzione con prezzo notevolmente maggiorato. La zona reception e la zona breakfast è in completa ristrutturazione, come segnalato dalla strttura alla prenotazione, ma la reception sembrava un piccolo campo profughi così come la sala colazione ricavata in una piccola stanza...

“The decor is lovely. The staff at the front desk, valet, and restaurant were so welcoming and helpful. Note of caution is that any info once you are in the room must be accessed by QR codes. It’s all very modern. We ate at both restaurants and they were perfect.”

“Whatever you do, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. This is single handedly the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel, and I was in the building for under an hour. After entering the room that had been reserved for nearly a month, I was shocked with the condition of it. The bed was unmade and disheveled, sheets and pillows were not clean, dirty towels were thrown around the main living space and bathroom, soap provided by the hotel was opened and on the bathroom counter, used toiletries were left on...

“It hot tub wasn’t working and the pool temperature was very cold. There were no towels at the pool. I had to get towels from the desk. We had 4 people staying in the room and there was only 3 towels in the room.”

“This was a nice hotel to stay at in a great location to downtown. It’s very close to everything. The staff was great. My only complaint was the housekeeping staff. They originally skipped cleaning our room, so I called to have it freshened up while we were going to be gone. We came back only to find one bed was made, none of the garbage was taken out, and the only thing they really did was bring fresh towels. They could do a much better job. Other than housekeeping, we had a great stay.”
