“Very clean. Curious staff. But, they need to replace all their card readers. We couldn’t get in our room after check, went to the front desk, the girl had to go through 6 cards until she could get 2 to program, and we still couldn’t in our room. Then figured you had to wiggle the card up and down while sliding it in to get it to work. Told the girl at the front desk, and she said “oh yeah, there’s a trick to them “. Well, why wouldn’t you tell us the trick! Witnessed several people struggling...
