Ample space to work and relax. 3+ acre landscape surrounded by nature. 3600+ sqft of living/working space fast internet, w/ plenty of room for a large family. Outside has large dining table with retractable awning, Adirondack chairs, bbq, fire pit, well manicured lawn. Inside has large couches, desks, breakfast table, 10 person formal dining room. Close to Warwick main street, Warwick Valley Winery & Mt. Peter.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 5 beds (4 br plus bonus play room with pullout couch) 3 bath property with a porch, eat-in kitchen & dining room, living room, terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs, large den, home office with two large monitors, printer, HDMI/USB connections, and fireplace.

The property is over 3 acres with a well manicured lawn, fire pit, bbq, outdoor dining with awning, porch, swing set and sandbox. You never have to leave the property! Changing table and pack n play also available for babies. Tons of kid-friendly toys and activities to do at the house or in the neighborhood.

Partner, dog and I stayed here for a weekend. Big comfortable home and property was great - beautiful front yard and very relaxing. Warwick was also a very nice surprise. Beautiful! Stefanie was great and super responsive.

The house was lovely, just as described. Large, plenty of beds, clean, well stocked with dishes, pans, baking supplies, towels, sheets and comfy blankets. Beds were comfortable. The kids loved running around in the yard and playing in the playroom. My only complain would be that the oven did not work but there was a toaster oven and the owner was sending a technician to take a look. Great communication with the owner throughout the whole trip. Us city folks felt secure cause there was security cameras outside the house. Location is perfect for fall activities & wine tasting. We will definitely book again in the winter.
