• Transition Periods: HVAC adjustments are at the building association’s discretion, based on outdoor temperatures.

Parking Guidelines:
- Only 1 parking. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area.

• White Spaces: Available for parking—please display your permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror.
• Yellow Spaces: Reserved—parking here may result in towing at your expense.
• Handicapped Parking: Only for vehicles with a valid permit.
• Liability: We are not responsible for lost/stolen items, vehicle towing, or damages.
