- The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.

The smell in the room was atrocious. 4 bath towels for 3 women. 1 hand towel, no wash rags and no dish rags. The barking dog, the garage opener that didn’t work. The horrible uncomfortable couch but wait….there was a huge table with setting for 6 . Dump the table and couch and make it more inviting and comfortable. Worst place I have ever stayed
