This is required by the building and failure to complete registration may result in cancellation of your reservation. The building strictly prohibits access to unregistered guests.
𝟐. 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐞𝐭 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of neighbors — this is a residential community. No parties or events of any kind are permitted.
𝟑. 𝐍𝐨 𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony. Violation results in a minimum $1,000 fine plus a $1,000 ozone treatment fee.
𝟒. 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐬 & 𝐔𝐧𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬 No unauthorized pets or guests are permitted. All guests staying in the unit must be registered. Violations incur a $500 fine per occurrence and may result in immediate eviction. Unauthorized pets or guests will also incur an additional cleaning fee.
𝟓. 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧 Children are not permitted unattended anywhere on the premises at any time.
𝟔. 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 One parking pass is included with your stay, granting access to the uncovered surface lot. Please do not park in unauthorized spaces — violations may result in your vehicle being towed at your expense.
𝟕. 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 Climate control is managed by the building. Heat is available October through May; AC is available June through September.
