Please note that for security reasons you must provide a copy of your ID on the day of booking and this same ID must be presented at check-in.

Please note that it is essential for us to receive all the necessary information about your guests before your arrival. Failure to provide this information may result in the cancellation of your reservation, as the building strictly prohibits access to unregistered guests. We kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure a smooth check-in process.

The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, to comply with environmental regulations. Heating is in full operation (Oct - May) and AC is in full operation (May - Oct). Please do not switch the operation mode outside of its season (AC during Oct - May/ Heat during May-Oct) as this will cause the system to run and continually blow air.

• Try to avoid noise. Remember you are in a residential area.

• If you experience any inconvenience, please let us know as soon as possible.

• Check-In is at 4:00 PM – Check-Out is at 10:00 AM.

If you need to request a late check-out, please contact us 24 hours prior and if it’s possible we will arrange. It has an additional cost of $50/hr up to 12:00 PM, which is the latest time for checkout.

Please note that if we have guests arriving on the same day as your departure, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept a late check-out.

Unfortunately, if you do not check out by the stated time, you will be charged the equivalent of an extra night's stay. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for all guests.

• It is not allowed to send packages (Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, etc.) to the property’s address.

• An extra cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left in really bad condition.

IMPORTANT: children are not permitted unattended on the balcony as it is on the 7th floor.

Please note the following charges for lost/unreturned items, or violations of house rules.

• Lost FOB/Access Cards: $250 (This is what the building charges us to replace them.)

• Lost/Unreturned Parking Pass: $300 (This is what the building charges us to replace them.)

• Lost/Unreturned Parking Garage Remote: $300 (This is what the building charges us to replace them.)

• Smoking inside is charged a $1,000 fine.

• Party on property $300 fine.

• Extra cleaning fee $195.

• Late checkout - equivalent to one night extra stay.

• Ozone treatment for damages $1,000.
